Our custom gear and motion control products enable powered hand tools such as sagittal saws and surgical staplers, and our micro manufactured parts are used in minimally invasive applications for cardiovascular, ophthalmology, neuromodulation, and more.
In aerospace, Precipart designs and manufactures precision components, gears and motion control systems found in everything from cockpit instrumentation to wing flap actuation on the Airbus and Boeing family of aircraft as well as most business jets, in addition to homeland security applications and space systems.
In the industrial sector, we provide solutions for critical applications in automotive, fiber optics, sensors, gas and downhole oil exploration.
Precipart’s manufacturing methods include Swiss turning, CNC milling, injection moulding (both ceramic and metal), as well as stamping. Most importantly, we provide complete engineering support from early on in the development phase to help our customers avoid manufacturability and quality issues down the road. Our Engineers will advise on material selection, manufacturing methods and can help optimize product design to drive out cost.
Precipart’ s proprietary 3D printing/micro laser sintering process allows our customers to receive fast prototypes for their proof of concept.
