Swiss Turning

Our custom components are found in critical applications from airbag deployment systems to implantable medical device components. Due to quick production times and consistent production methods, Swiss screw machines can produce a large number of small, tight tolerance precision parts relatively quickly in a cost effective manner. Our precision turned parts typically range in diameter from 0.3mm (.0118”) to 32mm (1.25”) with tolerances less than 10μm (0.0004").
